Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, I have spent the past 11 years living in and exploring the city of brotherly love. Admittedly, most of my travels have been driven by my insatiable curiosity of Philadelphia’s culinary and social scene. In my opinion, there is no better way to tour neighborhoods than simultaneously searching for the perfect roast pork sandwich, slice of pizza, or cup of coffee!

I believe in the power of positivity and navigating life from a place of kindness and gratitude. We cannot recommend working with Sue enough! As first time home buyers, we were not sure what to expect, especially with how crazy the market was. From our first interaction with Sue, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personal. Sue listened and internalized exactly what we were looking for in a home. When we were looking at houses that weren’t quite the right fit, she was patient and understanding, explaining that this was all part of the process and it might take a while before we found the exact one. Sue knew and understood exactly what we were looking for in a house so much so that she actually sent us the home we purchased right when it was posted and suggested we look at it! When the time came to make an offer, Sue was extremely well-informed and worked closely with us to make sure we understood exactly where we were in the process and what was needed from us. When we had to make a counter offer, Sue talked through all of our options with us and made sure we were making an offer that we were not only comfortable with, but excited about. Sue also helped us craft an offer that was unique and compelling to the sellers, and our offer was accepted at list price. As we got closer to settlement, Sue kept us well informed and routinely checked in with us to make sure we didn’t have any questions and that everything was moving along. Sue also was extremely professional and a huge help in working with the sellers and their realtor – we couldn’t have done this without her!
