I cannot speak more highly of Suzie Swisher. She held my hand every step of the way while selling my home. She went out of her way to make sure that my house was in the best shape for open houses and her team was on top of all things social media related. I moved out of my house while it was still on the market and contemplated getting some cosmetic work done to make it more sellable. She made excellent suggestions that didn't break the bank and talked me out of spending too much money on things that the new owner would likely want to take care of themselves. She was a masterful negotiator while under contract and I so appreciated her straight shooter, go-get em' attitude. I would not hesitate to use her again!
