“Katie did an excellent job in the sale of my investment property. It’s the first property sale that I ever went through. The level of commitment was evident from day one. Even before the project was 100% complete and ready for sale; Katie had met with me several times to go over all the details (ie. market price, comps., timelines, deadlines, sale costs, etc.). We were able to hit the ground running. Katie kept me consistently updated on all viewings of my unit; but also worked with the partnering agent to collect usable/informative feedback from any of the potential buyers. I was well aware of where my unit was really succeeding and where it was getting the negative feedback. Katie held open houses and advertised on my behalf through several mediums. Even while I was on vacation she made sure that my the listing never lost any ground. Once we came to an agreement with the buyer Katie handled everything so that all I had to do was sign paperwork electronically (except where I needed notarization). She was even able/willing to sit and sign as my agent for closing. Above and beyond would be an understatement. Katie walked me through a confusing and tedious process at a time when I was at the end of my wits working on this investment property. Her work method was professional and executed efficiently.
